What If She Doesn’t Respond To Cocky Comedy?

Cocky comedy is a great tool for attracting women.  But its not perfect.  Like any tool, it has its limitations.

Don’t worry; most women will have a positive response to your cocky comedy.  But there are always going to be a few out there who will provide a challenge.  These can roughly be divided into three groups; good guys that we are, we’ll describe all three for you, and tell you how to handle them.

Shy girls

Some girls are going to be too shy to laugh at your jokes.  They demurely turn away, cover their mouths with their hands, maybe titter nervously and in perfect ladylike fashion; but whatever they do, they just won’t throw that wall down.

The problem with shy girls isn’t so much their response to your cocky comedy, it’s the fact that you can’t see how they’re responding.  Nervousness tends to make people clam up, but don’t let that discourage you.  Usually they’ll get more comfortable if you stick around long enough.  So keep at it; more often than not, they just take a little longer to warm up.  Once they do, your cocky funny attitude will have them all over you, the same as any other girl.

How To Use Cocky Comedy To Create Attraction

Using cocky comedy effectively can be kind of tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature.  Just remember that your primary means of attracting women is attitude; work on that confident, cool demeanor first, as it’s going to be your foundation.  Cocky comedy is spice.  Without it, you run the risk of the attitude you’ve spent so much time cultivating being perceived as an empty facade.  However, relying too much on cocky comedy can make you seem jerky and not worth taking seriously, so it’s important to experiment in order to find the right balance.

Cocky comedy is a multi-faceted art form.  Once you get the basics down, you’ll discover that there are a few different approaches you can take, depending on the situation.  Individual women respond to different kinds of humor in different ways, so you’ll want to vary your routine in order to find out what jokes are most effective.  However, the following types of cocky comedy are field-tested and proven to work across a broad spectrum of women, and are a good place to start.

You may have noticed that cocky comedy routines tend to involve a fair number of, shall we say, half-truths.  When we suggest you tell girls that you’re a secret agent or a presidential bodyguard, we’re pretty certain that you aren’t.  Which presents something of an ethical quandary:  When we tell you to use cocky comedy, are we telling you to lie to impress women?

Many guys wonder if cocky comedy is all about lying, and it’s not hard to see why…especially when we come right out and admit that it involves saying a lot of things that aren’t true.  But is this really the same thing as lying?  The short answer is no.  The long answer…well, read on.

If you’ve been keeping up with the other videos and articles on this website, you should have a pretty decent grasp of the basics of picking up women:  how to overcome fear of rejection, how to approach and start a conversation, and so on.  So now that you’re actually able to go up to a girl and start talking, what do you use to get her interested?  The answer is cocky comedy.

A Pick-Up Master’s Weapon of Choice

Cocky comedy is a proven technique of building attraction in women.  It is taught by a number of well-known pick up masters, and is an important part of any successful PUA’s arsenal.  The idea behind it is to combine arrogance with humor in a way that piques the target female’s interest.  In mathematical terms, we could say:
