The Alpha Male Attitude: The Key to Being Desirable

The number one way to improve game is become an alpha male—that’s why learning pick-up is so hard, but we all know alpha guys we can observe.  Everyone knows that small guy who was always the leader growing up—he was the man and he controlled every situation.  If you had put that guy in a different body, yours for instance, he would still have the alpha male attitude and still would have been the man.

Being alpha male is 100% mindset.  Everyone can change their mindset, so this means anyone can become a stronger male.  Someone with this mindset doesn’t worry about what people think and isn’t bothered by shit tests or other guys trying to dominate.  Nothing gets to him.

He is the master of his universe and refuses to give up his reality.  To cultivate this attitude, get negative emotions out of your head, like jealousy, insecurity, disinterest, and the need to explain yourself.  Be interested enough in your own life that you don’t have time to be shy or insecure.

 

Alpha Male Behavior

Being alpha male might be a mindset, but it shows through body language and behavior.  That’s why we work on game—so we can convey the characteristics.  Fake it ‘till you make it, really.

It’s mostly about body language.  These guys walk into a room with no apology or need for validation.  Slow and graceful with a sturdy, relaxed posture.  They keep their heads up—they never look down or avoid people’s eyes.  Their bodies are open, feet well planted.  They make direct eye contact when they talk so you have to listen.

Their speech is slow and steady instead of racing to hold attention.  They speak clearly,  and don’t use insecure words like “um” or “you know what I mean?”  Sometimes, their voices even have more pitch and character.  They sound engaged and interested in their own words and conversations.

They say no when they don’t want to do something instead of always giving in.  They have hobbies they’re passionate about and find a way to make everything fun, even when doing things most people whine about.  They don’t wait for others to decide what everyone should do; they always have a plan.  They don’t laugh at their own joke, as if trying to show it’s funny.  If it is funny, it is; if not, it isn’t—neither outcome affects their life.
They live by their own rules.  They make their own reality at all times.  They have a presence in the world.

Become and Alpha Male

It sounds cliche, but to become an alpha male you really just have to be yourself without apology.  Stop going out into the world seeking approval or or looking for someone to make your life better.  Decide what you want to be and go live it.  Get it into your head that people want to be a part of your world, even if they don’t know it yet.  Watch movies of alpha guys and study their body language and behavior.  Do voice exercises, if needed.  Get fit and work on your posture.  Taking control of these things feeds your sense of alpha-ness.

There is a misunderstanding that alphas try to control and dominate—like the myth that girls like jerks.  But they don’t make an effort to dominate most times.  They just don’t bend or sway to other’s will and make excuse for themselves.  As a result their presence is overbearing to insecure guys.  Develop an alpha male attitude, and you will find everything else about the game is secondary.
